What is mindfulness
Mindfulness is described as being aware of the present moment. We often dwell on the past or live for the future that we forget to take stock of what we are experiencing in the present moment
We use a mix of philosophy and spiritual practices to bring our attention to the present moment, and use healthy skills to deal with stressors in our life. Mindfulness has been proven that if used with direction it can vastly improve someone's satisfaction with life.

About Me
I embarked on my spiritual journey many years ago. I took this trip to better my mental health as I am diagnosed with Bipolar and Anxiety. My mindfulness journey has led me to find peace and serenity in my every day life.
I have taken this opportunity to achieve certifications in mindfulness, brain health, and stress reduction from Chicago State University. I also train and provide cognitive-behavioral and dialectical-behavioral exercises.
My methods include a variety of techniques including, psychological, physiological, Buddhist, Daoist, and stoic principles. This is not a religious journey but a spiritual one to improve our mental and emotional well-being
I have trained with mentors all throughout the country and world to perfect my practice and bring it to fruition to others.
